Bitterly cold. 5 degrees with a 15 below wind chill.
I wrote on Facebook, "Current Chicago Temperature: Oh My God I'm Going To Die! Overnight Temp: Oh Please Please Let Me Die!" and 14 people "liked" it.
But later, walking around out in the cold it occurred to me, that these are the kinds of temperatures that actually do cause deaths around the city.

The first two days of the new year (new decade, sort of, maybe, depending on what calendar theory you subscribe to) and I write about Facebook both days. Boo. Not the best start.
